SHIPPING & RETURNS

Unless otherwise specifically indicated in the description for each product contained here, manufacturer’s limited parts replacement warranties start the date of purchase on all Air conditioner products contained on this website. Labour is not included in this warranty and is hereby expressly excluded. All warranties are directly with the manufacturers of the product. However, we would gladly direct you to the proper channels for your warranty.

“Thermo Murale” or any of its affiliates are not responsible for any warranties. Any defective product or components thereof may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s option. The buyer shall be responsible for the process and cost of removal and returning the faulty part to us or the manufacturer for repair and/or replacement.

We or the manufacturer shall not be responsible for faulty installation, operation or maintenance of the product and as such we recommend installation and assembly, where applicable, only by certified and qualified professionals. It is the responsibility of each purchaser to determine whether the particular product is compliant with and permissible for use pursuant to the applicable rules, codes and/or regulations, if any, and suitable for particular and/or intended use and/or operation therein.

We make no representations or warranties whatsoever concerning the suitability of any merchandise for a particular use or purpose. Damage resulting from failure to use, install or maintain the product in a manner consistent with our manufacturers’ recommendations shall render the warranty void. The manufacturer requires that all units be installed by a certified HVAC technician and at its option, may request a report from a qualified technician prior to honoring a warranty claim. All warranties specifically exclude any consequential and/or incidental damages. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained from the manufacturer prior to return of any equipment.

“Thermo Murale” or any of its affiliates are not responsible for the accuracy of any claims, statements or information made by the manufacturer of any products that we sell.

Orders are conditioned to stock availability. ETA’s (Estimated Time of Arrival), are not guarantied.

Clients have the choice whether to pickup or to ship the purchased items. Shipping is at the cost and responsibility of the client.

Stock items will be ready to be picked up or shipped in order they were received. We try to have them ready within 2-5 business days, but we do not guaranty that.

Delayed, missing or damaged shipped items are the responsibility of the shipper and client has to claim and deal with them directly.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
